Shipping

We offer the following shipping options in Washington State only. We offer competative ground freight rates to all other states including Alaska. Shipping rates to Hawaii, please call. Shipping outside the USA based on an order by order basis.

UPS GROUND

$135.00; includes insurance and delivery confirmation. 150lbs. Max.
After your order is processed with our shipping department our tracking department will contact you either via phone or email. Residential or business delivery door to door service.

Truck Courier

$200.00; includes insurance and delivery confirmation. 350lbs.Max.
This option is available for our customers who are having their home built or our customers who are contractors, developers or installers working on a job. This option applies to new residential construction, new commercial construction or commercial remodeling only. The customer must have a crew to off load the product. The driver is not permitted to off load the product. If you are in a high rise building there must be a loading dock if no loading dock is available then this will be considered a curbside delivery. In either event it is the customers responsibility to get the material inside the building.

Truck Courier/Curb Side

$305.00; includes insurance and delivery confirmation. 350lbs.Max.
This type of delivery is similar to the "Truck Courier" delivery with the added feature of a lift gate. With this type of delivery the driver will lower the product via hydraulic lift gate to the curbside or driveway (where permitted). The customer is responsible for bringing the product into the house or garage. The drivers are not permitted to bring the product into your home. This feature may not be available in your area. If you order a lift gate delivery and this service is not available in your area someone from our shipping department will contact you and you will be issued a refund for the difference between standard "Truck Courier" delivery and "Truck Courier Curb Side" delivery.

Truck Courier/White Glove

$400.00; includes insurance and delivery confirmation. 350lbs.Max.
Shipping Carrier will unload shipment from truck AND bring order INSIDE the garage or house for you!

You may also call 360-657-2124 to make an order over the phone. If you use a credit card, your order will ship immediately as inventory becomes available. Via phone we accept Mastercard and Visa only. If you pay by personal check, your order will ship 5 business days after we receive your check.

Privacy Policy

Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order.
